In reality, the numbers this guy was rattling off seemed random and without pattern.
I think the only time that shouting numbers is acceptable for a sane person would be if a very sexy lady had just given you her phone number, and you have no pen, phone, or laptop available.
This scenario is however, rather unlikely, and I prefer that you whisper rather than shout like an animal in that event…thank you.
