		<description>I enjoy it quite a bit actually, it&#039;s cool getting to meet lots of different people all the time. I never really thought I&#039;d end up somewhere that I&#039;d be getting paid to play Scrabble. The only real problem that I run into is trying to talk to people that are at several different levels of English in the same conversation. It&#039;s hard to jump up in down in cadence and vocabulary as I talk to different people, and if I speak too fast or slow in general I risk the conversation collapsing back into Japanese &gt;.&gt; Can&#039;t say it&#039;s a hard job though, I like it ^_^</description>
