Fame and Fortune: Step 1

I promised to show the advertisement for my cafe job before, so here it is! It’s quite small, but at least I can say my face was printed in a Japanese magazine ad.

Cafe job, eh? I also have a cafe job here in Japanland. Enjoying it?
I enjoy it quite a bit actually, it’s cool getting to meet lots of different people all the time. I never really thought I’d end up somewhere that I’d be getting paid to play Scrabble. The only real problem that I run into is trying to talk to people that are at several different levels of English in the same conversation. It’s hard to jump up in down in cadence and vocabulary as I talk to different people, and if I speak too fast or slow in general I risk the conversation collapsing back into Japanese >.> Can’t say it’s a hard job though, I like it ^_^
